SDMC Consultants worked with the Co-operative Bank to build a five year strategic planning system and financial budgeting and forecasting system using Oracle Financial Analyzer. These integrated with an existing management information system.

SDMC has been retained over the last three years to provide enhancements to these systems and provide advice and guidance on the support and running of the systems. These enhancements have included the addition of employee based budgeting and forecasting of staff costs, consolidation of reporting and budgeting within the CFS group and the implementation of process improvement tools such as drill to Oracle General Ledger transactions.

There have also been a number of systems improvements that have drastically reduced the amount of time taken for data loads, calculations and the size of the database.
