SDMC were originally commissioned to re-implement GE’s OFA for management reporting & budgeting. The goal of the project was to reduce customisation by 75%, in addition to this database size was reduced by 8 times, performance of batch processes increased by 10 times all of which lead to a significant increase in system reliability. The project was delivered on time to GE quality standards and met all project success criteria.

SDMC has since been retained to implement OFA for collection, currency conversion and aggregation of cash flow forecasts. OFA Web based data entry forms have been implemented for data collection from the business. Further reporting enhancements have been provided through OFA and the Express Spreadsheet add-in.

Recently SDMC have implemented a new OFA system for cash flow forecasting and management.
