SDMC consultants working with a pan European finance team implemented a new planning and forecasting system using Oracle Financial Analyzer integrated with SAP. This system catered for a reorganization of the Sony retail business across Europe from a country based operation to a market based operation. Working as a team SDMC and Sony implemented an OFA system to provide financial, stock and logistical planning to 400 users across 20 countries and delivered the solution within the agreed timescales of 12 weeks.
