SDMC consultants were involved in the early stages of the OFA implementation at Vodafone. This system provided Vodafone with a financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting system which covered all aspects of Vodafone mobile communications business. This includes new user management and network usage as well as value based financial information.

SDMC now provide Vodafone with a fixed price support contract to manage the OFA system. This covers day to day administration of the application, maintenance of system users and ensuring the integrity of the data within the system.

In addition SDMC continues to develop new features required by Vodafone as it strives to use the information held within the OFA system to make better business decisions.
