Design & implementation of budgeting application to prepare the annual budget for
the corporate and retail bank.
Major upgrade of a 4.8 OFA system to 6.2 OFA, including an Express Objects module.
Stock management system, to monitor stock levels in distributor warehouses.
Product & customer financial reporting for actual, forecast and budget data for
German and French subsidiaries. Volume forecasting for the UK subsidiary using a
combination of Express Objects and Financial Analyzer. The forecast is generated from an
underlying base sales rate and detailed promotional activity created in Express Objects.
Walker General ledger reporting, using Express Analyzer, Financial Analyzer, and Excel
to produce all monthly financial reporting.
