delivery of OFA data using Express Web Agent v3. Implementation scope is to roll out to at
least 10 businesses world-wide (North America, Europe & Asia Pacific/Australia).

Product Costing. Functionality included payroll modelling, capital expenditure cost
modelling, product income & balance sheet modelling, premises cost modelling,
spreadsheet data capture, interface to SAP & payroll systems, activity base cost
allocations for product costing. Lead team of 5 Oracle consultants.
Lead Consultant on an implementation of Oracle Financial Analyser and Oracle Express
Analyser for a Finance Data Mart. Functionality includes a link to the Walker general
ledger, drilldown to transactions, multi currency reporting and analysis.
Management of a £4m project to provide new statutory & management reporting
systems to CMB Packaging SA, formed by merger of Metal Box PLC and Carnaud SA. Managing a
team of 16 staff over 2 years, based in Brussels, Paris & UK. Use of Hyperion
technology (MicroControl and OnTrack) on PCs, LANs, and WANs. Manage rollout to 90 sites
in 30 countries. Development of DSS systems for Metal Box PLC using Comshare technology
(System W, One Up, and Commander EIS) using PCs and VAX/VMS architecture.
